These terms are an agreement between you and Madscope Marketing Limited, trading as Super Silver Academy, a company registered in Ireland (company number 714244), 14 The Meadows, Ballyporeen, Co. Tipperary, E21 E260, Ireland ("we", "us"). They cover the math games at supersilveracademy.com/games, family accounts, the Family Plan and worksheet photos. Please also read our Privacy Notice. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
1. Who can use it
The games are for children, played with a parent's or guardian's permission. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over can create a family account or buy a plan, and you are responsible for how the children in your family use it. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Free play
You can play a sample of the games' questions free, without an account. Free play may change or end at any time.
3. The Family Plan
The Family Plan costs $9.99 a month or $99 a year, plus any extra worksheets you approve (below). Prices include any taxes we are required to charge, unless your checkout says otherwise. It includes:
- every question in the games, and new ones made up as your child plays, on every device, for up to 6 players
- worksheet photos: 80 a month on the monthly plan, or 960 a year on the yearly plan. Each upload of up to 2 pages, or each typed or dictated request, counts as one.
- the parent report, results downloads and grown-up reward goals
- sharing worksheets with other parents, and invite rewards (below)
Extra worksheets. After you have used the worksheets included in your plan, each extra worksheet costs 10¢. We always ask before each one, and nothing is charged unless you tap "Yes". Extras are added to your next bill. If you cancel, any extras from your last period are on your final bill. To protect you from runaway charges, we may stop extra worksheets after 300 in a period; contact us if you need more.
4. Free trial
Your first Family Plan starts with a 7-day free trial (or a free first month if another family invited you). You add a card at checkout. When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged automatically ($9.99 a month or $99 a year) and renews until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. We email you a reminder before the trial ends (at the start, for a 7-day trial). A trial includes 3 worksheet photos; the rest of your plan's worksheets start when your paid plan starts. One trial per family.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the price changes, and you can cancel before it applies. On the yearly plan we also remind you before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time, online, in "Manage payments" on your family page. Your plan then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. We do not refund part periods, except as set out below or where the law requires.
Your right to cancel (EU and UK). If you live in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel your Family Plan within 14 days of the day you sign up (the day your free trial or free month starts), without giving any reason. We go further: you can also cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, and we refund that charge in full. When you check out, you ask us to start your plan straight away; you keep these rights.

We confirm that we have received it straight away, and we refund what you paid within 14 days of hearing from you, to the card you paid with, at no cost to you.

If a payment fails, we may pause your plan's features until it is paid.
6. Invite rewards
Every family has an invite link. A family that joins with your link gets its first month free. When that family's first payment goes through, you get a free month: $9.99 off your next bill, once for each family that joins. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and need an active plan to use. We may withhold rewards that come from abuse (for example, inviting yourself under a different email) and may change or end the programme for future invites.
7. Worksheet photos, your content and sharing
- You must have the right to upload anything you send us. Only upload worksheets and homework for your own children's practice. Please crop out or cover names, faces and other personal details.
- You keep any rights you have in what you upload. You allow us to process it, including through our AI provider, only to make practice questions for you. Photos are deleted as soon as they have been read (see the Privacy Notice).
- The practice questions are new questions written to practise the same skills: new numbers, new wording and made-up names, never the worksheet's own text (our software checks for copied wording). You may use them for your family's practice. You may share a worksheet's questions with other parents through the share link, for their children's private practice only. Don't share or publish them anywhere else, and don't share questions you know reproduce someone else's material word for word.
- Copyright notices. If you think something on the service infringes your rights, tell us at [email protected] (or write to 14 The Meadows, Ballyporeen, Co. Tipperary, E21 E260, Ireland) with: what the work is, where it appears on the service (for example the share link), your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We confirm receipt, look at it promptly, and remove material that infringes. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights.
8. AI-made questions
Worksheet questions are written by an AI system and then checked automatically. They can still contain mistakes, so please check each question before you approve it. You can edit or remove any question at any time. The games are a practice aid; they do not replace your child's teacher, and we don't promise any particular learning result.
9. Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload, copy the games or their questions in bulk, resell access, upload anything unlawful or harmful, or use it for anything other than your family's practice. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
10. Changes and availability
We keep improving the games and may change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly harms your plan, we will tell you, and you can cancel and get a refund for any unused period you've paid for. We aim to keep the games available, but we can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these terms. If an update matters, we will show it on your family page at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. Continuing to use the plan after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Our responsibility to you
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to services that are not provided as described, and nothing in these terms affects them. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses (the service is for personal family use). Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
12. Ending your account
You can delete your family account at any time on your family page. This cancels your plan and deletes your family's data, as the Privacy Notice explains. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
13. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
