Who we are
Super Silver Academy ("we", "us", "our") publishes children's picture books and free parenting resources at supersilveracademy.com. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, please reach us through our contact page.
The information we collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up for our free gifts or send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name and email address, and anything you write in your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies — for example your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site.
The tools we use
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (aggregated, not used to identify you personally).
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure the performance of any social promotion and, where relevant, show our content to similar audiences.
- HighLevel — the platform that powers our free-gift sign-up form and stores the email list we use to send you the digital gifts and occasional updates.
- Netlify — our website host, which also receives and stores submissions from the contact form.
- Cloudflare — a content-delivery and security layer that helps the site load quickly and stay protected.
- Amazon Associates — some links to our books are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Amazon may set its own cookies; see the affiliate disclosure in our terms.
How we use your information
- To send you the free digital gifts you requested, and occasional related updates you can opt out of at any time.
- To reply to messages you send us through the contact form.
- To understand and improve how the site is used.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email and unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you'll be removed from that list. You can also ask us to remove you by messaging us through the contact page.
Children's privacy
Our books are made for children, but this website is intended for parents, carers and educators — the grown-ups who buy and read the books. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. To exercise any of your rights, contact us through the contact page.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or as required to keep proper records. When it's no longer needed, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
